Franciz Lau worked in Hong Kong as a Company Secretary and Auditor. He also acquired a Law degree. In 1995, he was called by God to serve full time in Church Ministry. In 1996, he migrated to Australia. In 1997, he started his theological training at Morling College and finished in 2000.

Franciz started his Church ministry as a home church at the end of 2000. He had also pastured a Chinese Church for three years. The vision has never left Franciz and he is going to re-start his Church Ministry by way of the children Ministry in 2015.

Cherye Lau was born in a Christian family. She grew up in Church. She was a primary school teacher and she saw how God made her work prosperous. In 1997, she came to Australia and studied Theology in Morling College. She met Franciz and they married in 1998. Franciz and Cherye have two kids, Paulos and Ester, who is at present 11 and 8.
